Terms of Service

Focusr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the extension for lawful personal and commercial product demonstrations. A Pro Lifetime purchase provides the advertised Pro features for the lifetime of the product, subject to browser compatibility and these terms.

You keep ownership of recordings and page content. You are responsible for permission to record, display, and distribute that content.

Privacy suggestions are an aid and may not detect every sensitive value. Review the final export before sharing it.

You may not use Focusr unlawfully, share account access to bypass paid-feature controls, interfere with checkout or fulfillment, or distribute a modified copy as Focusr. Rights granted by applicable law are not limited where they cannot legally be waived.

Focusr Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Prices and taxes appear before payment. Refund requests follow the Focusr Refund Policy and mandatory rights in your jurisdiction.

Focusr depends on Chrome APIs, website behavior, codecs, operating-system permissions, and device performance. It is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.

Our aggregate liability related to a paid license is limited to the amount paid for that license, except where applicable law does not allow that limitation.
