Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase. Mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction continue to apply.

We refund duplicate purchases and purchases where a verified technical defect prevents the advertised core recording or export flow and we cannot provide a reasonable fix. We may deny fraudulent orders and abusive refund patterns where permitted by law.

Email sicut.arinaru@gmail.com with the order email, Lemon Squeezy order number, purchase date, and a short reason. Do not send card details. We aim to respond within three business days.

Approved refunds are returned by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Bank processing time may vary. Refunded purchases no longer authorize continued use of Pro features.
